A position as a business process analyst or as a project manager or team lead, specializing in developing (modeling) or documenting sustaining processes. I have strong experience documenting, leaning-out, and integrating the processes of large organizations and portfolios, such as in human resources, engineering process modeling governance, information technology, and mergers and acquisitions.   • Developed and implemented a key support model to gather information – via a SME questionnaire -- to help integrate the ES SSG process around mergers and acquisitions (M&A). All deliverables were completed on schedule, and within budget, while performing under extreme pressure. The model will directly support future M&A activities and build stronger business partner and stakeholder relationships and increased overall satisfaction.
  • The BDS primary focal on the Enterprise Engineering Process Modeling Governance (EPMG) Initiative developing meta-model deliverables, and defining the meta-model viewer’s functional requirements. This position required a technical acumen of the Boeing enterprise architecture, as well as advanced negotiation and teaming skills with executive leadership, and utilizing Teamcenter for community collaboration and engineering process management.
  • Lead the effort to become the first IT organization in The Boeing Company to achieve CMMI Level 3, and the only organization validated as such without findings or recommendations – as the process improvement (i.e., the SEPG) project manager, measures focal, and change agent for an organization of 140 individuals. This project included developing and implementing software configuration management common- and best-practices.

  • Project manager for all aspects of Boeing’s Year 2000 (Y2k) Supplier Continuity Initiative: Queried 30,000 of Boeing’s most critical suppliers, while directly coordinating, responding to, and charging input from a wide-range of Boeing specialists, including attorneys, statisticians, cognitive physiologists, test engineers, and a multitude of supplier management focals and leaders throughout the global company. While in this position, I served a dual role as the lead architect of the associated application used by suppliers.

  • Application developer for more than 30 production applications, including many enterprise-wide applications, in addition to numerous prototypes. These projects utilized my proficiency in numerous software methodologies (i.e., Macroscope, Boehm-Spiral, Scrum, Agile) and multiple technologies – WebSphere Process Server, ColdFusion, CATIA, C++, VB, ASP, .NET, Java, JavaScript, and SQL Server.   • Mastered high proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, through working on Six Sigma projects (e.g., Effort and Schedule Variance), and earning a Masters’ Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University.

  • Lead all aspects of the organization’s Application Recovery Planning Program, involving over 400 production applications.
